Top 3 Village Prides
There are several strength in my village in numerous area like business, political, education and health, in health where have 100%   success in sanitation and immunization. Apart from this my hometown has a bunch of skilled business man and community leader. For an example I would like to describe about a person in individual field is most influential for our village.
A successful merchant: S.M. Mafizur Rahman was born in 1959 in the area of my village. Though, in our village we have many business person like him but he is quiet exceptional because he always affianced himself in several social organizations and also made several institutes and social club in our village by his active participation and donation, resulting a lot of people in and outside village people are being benefited. Moreover, sometimes he distributes food and shelter even money to help poorer in my village. However, in spite of his wealth and recognition, he never appears in act of anger and does not lost his patients. Now he gradually becomes idol and one of the influential people for the young bracket.
Shine own self and to others:  Dr.K.M Salim , a educationalist and  social organiser in our village. Although, there are many educated persons in our village but I have found him an exceptional and highly educated in my village.  He always engaged himself to extend education to individuals or a family. Moreover, he intends to coordinates several types of meeting and seminar to increase awareness and positive changes for community people.  Therefore, the villagers feel proud of him and his benevolent thinking about them and come to take advice. Dr. Salim was born in 1974 in a highly educated muslim family. However he is not only success in academic but he is also very much sentient about his personal life which resulting others take an example to him as good as for their child.

Incomparable leader: having a leader in every village is a common sequence but in my village we are lucky enough having a good leader who uninterrupted serving our village last 40 years. He is Mr. Shafiqul Islam, was born in 1953 in our hometown, since his early life he has been deserving in good compassionate and dedicated services for community well being. Probably it is a rare example, at age of 19 he became elected union member and attached himself toward community services like communication, education, health, local legal problems and so on. It is also apparent that due to his leadership and analytical thinking hardly anyone can do unlawful and unsocial activities in our village. So that resulted other community leader intend to think imitate our village model. We are really proud of him and his work.
Top 3 challenges
Though my community is a model to others but still there are a few things villagers struggle with, that causes sometimes people feel prejudiced.

Scholars without schools!
These are often said if you want some changes for something train or educate them. Therefore education is a key factor to improve individual’s life and often it is possible having all facilities. At present we have two high schools, seven primary schools and one madrasha in our village but no college. In fact we have convenient schooling but higher educational facilities are far away from my village that resulting a lot of students especially girls stop their education. For higher education students need to go 15 to 20 km to admit in college, that’s way sometimes family feel unsecured to send them. It is very often transportation to school or college create another problem in my area. Beside this, in my village there no other vocational or technical institutes causes villagers deprive form modern facilities like internet, telecommunication or information technology. Sometimes it shows that due to lack of vocational training some young or adult spend their time without doing nothing that resulted increase un employment rate in my village.

Insufficiency on wellbeing
There is a proverb called “health is wealth” a person can do his work if he is in a good health. Health is a prime factor for an individual’s life. In our village we haven’t got enough health services considering the standard level, because there are only one health centre no qualified doctor or nurses are there. Village people often rush to the district hospital or far distance to get proper health services. Also in my area no emergency medical services causes lots of people suffered from various kind of diseases or disorders in long time. Therefore, vulnerable group of people like children, elder and female are on the verge of risk health. Sometimes it also shows that due to lack of proper health advice and guideline on importance of health and nutrients resources like identifying valuable vegetable or fruits  while eating and also protection from different kinds of infection in case of young child and adult. In addition to this villagers are not getting updated health information and can’t reach to the specialist for their better management because of no ICT services.

Life without light!
Electricity is supposed to be a major contributory factor for a nation or community. Community success mainly depends on consistent power supplying our village only 24.25% of population are getting electricity facilities but still maximum number of people yet to have. But it often shows that supply of electricity is not consistent that causes village people suffered a lot especially in the summer session especially children, people can’t use available facilities like computer in school. Besides, due to lack of electricity and supply causes numerous problems for village people like students cant’ study properly, people sometimes unable to use modern electronic devices like mobile phone, cooking machine etc. However, the shortage off power does not only affect persons individual  life style but also affect in their social life that means people can’t move here and there after sun sets its is becoming quiet like a lifeless village. It is also thought that scarcity of power affect in health services and in farming as well.
Top 3 wishes
Education for all
There is proverb called “Education is the backbone of a nation” off course we feel that in our village still more than 60% is illiterate. It is amazing to think about the fact of educational status in our community. Illiteracy and poverty like one for other that’s why government must ensure to provide free education and educational materials to my village school or madrasha or any other institutes. And also must established one higher secondary school and at least one college in our village. A girl’s school should setup in tour village as soon as possible. Also, initiative must be taken immediately to establish a vocational training institute or technical school in the village. Different types of technical training such as ICT, motor repair, welding, sewing, refrigeration etc should be arranged monthly in my home town. Finally if we wish to build a digital Bangladesh and also want implement the vision 2021, it is very necessary to train and educate mass people in various fields.
Good health Good mind:
It is often called “Good health Good mind” a good health person can contribute to the community in various way. Health is one fundamental need and rights of individuals life. Every government is liable to ensure this right through proper implementing health model for each village. My village could be better if they have well health services and also would be free from certain diseases or infections. Therefore qualified doctor, nurse, rehabilitation specialist and community health worker must be presence in the community health centre. So, sufficient health centre must be established with modern facilities in my village by considering the density of population. Beside this all kind of essential medicine must be provided free of cost to the poorer. Health related NGO’s must be facilitated and encouraged to provide health services in rural area. Moreover, in our village general people must need to counsel regarding family planning and immunization because it is often seen that many children born with disabilities and illness and health worker must work to increase awareness among the villagers. Finall we want a happy and pleasure village in my hometown.

Shining through the lighting:
“Shining through the lighting” In this modern life it is hard to think about life without electricity because in every moment we need current. Demand of electricity in our community is much more less than demand, because we want to develop and want to bring changes in our life style. In my village there are a lot of things we can’t commencements like computer centre, telecommunication centre where we must need electricity. Students are facing various obstacles during their study in school and at home. And also farmers are facing difficulties to resuming water supply in their paddy field and also during harvesting seeds or corps at home. Teachers can’t teach about computer or any electronic devices at school properly even students can’t perform clinical and practical training because shortage of electricity. So obviously we want to steps forward and up alongside with the global advancements. Therefore electricity must be essential part of this development.
